ApplianceCore Academy is operated by Freedom Enterprise SL Corp. Contact us at support@appliancecoreacademy.com with questions about accounts, course access or purchases. Additional merchant contact information will be provided if required by applicable law.
2. Eligibility and checkout
Initially, we plan to offer new course purchases only to customers with a U.S. billing address. Courses are priced in U.S. dollars as one-time purchases, unless an offer expressly states otherwise. Stripe processes payments. Your final total and any applicable taxes will be shown before an actual purchase. Public checkout is not yet enabled.
3. Course access
After verified payment, access to the purchased course is assigned to the purchaser's individual student account. It has no fixed expiration date while ApplianceCore Academy continues operating its online learning platform. This is not a guarantee the platform will run forever, nor a promise that particular new lessons or future updates will be added. Students may revisit the included lessons and quizzes while they remain available through the platform.
4. Permitted use
Course videos, quizzes, text and other materials are licensed for the purchaser's own learning, not sold for redistribution. Do not share login credentials, resell, download or redistribute protected course content without authorization, or use the service unlawfully. Access may be restricted to address security incidents or material violations, subject to applicable law.
5. Education and safety
The courses are educational resources, not a professional license, formal certification, job offer or guarantee of income or repair results. Appliance work may involve dangerous voltages, gas, heat, pressurized equipment and moving components. Follow relevant laws, codes, manufacturer guidance and safe work practices; do not attempt work beyond your training or qualifications.
6. Service changes and interruptions
We may maintain, repair or improve the platform and course content. Service interruptions are possible. If the online learning platform is to be permanently discontinued, we intend to provide reasonable advance notice when practical; this is not a guarantee of perpetual access or uninterrupted operation. Remedies required by law for material non-delivery or changes remain available.
7. Final sales and mandatory rights
Our planned policy is All Sales Final: no voluntary refund for changing your mind, lack of use, partial or full viewing, quiz completion, or unmet personal expectations where the course was accurately described and supplied. This does not exclude mandatory rights or remedies for unauthorized or incorrect charges, material non-delivery, or other situations covered by applicable law. 8. Privacy, support and future effective terms
Student accounts and purchases are handled as described in our Privacy Information preview. For concerns, contact support@appliancecoreacademy.com. Before real-money launch, these terms must be finalized, dated, made accessible before payment and reviewed for relevant law. The final published version, not this undated preview, will govern future real purchases.
