1. Who operates the Academy
ApplianceCore Academy is operated by Freedom Enterprise SL Corp. For privacy or account-data requests, email support@appliancecoreacademy.com.
2. Information involved
We use the email address and authentication information you provide to create and maintain your account. Depending on how you use the platform, we also process your student profile, enrolled courses, lesson progress, quiz answers, attempts and scores, order and payment status, a record of your checkout-policy acknowledgment, and any U.S. billing-country declaration. Support requests contain information you choose to send us. Technical service providers may process IP addresses, device/browser information and request logs.
3. Payments and billing addresses
Stripe hosts checkout and handles card payment details and billing address collection. The Academy application records limited payment identifiers, amounts, order status and entitlement data to reconcile purchases and grant course access; it does not require complete payment card numbers to be stored by our application. Current checkout is restricted to approved test accounts and uses test payments, not real charges.
4. Purposes
Information is used to authenticate students, provide course materials, track learning progress, process and verify orders, prevent abuse, maintain platform security, respond to support requests and meet applicable legal obligations.
5. Technology providers and processing locations
The platform uses Supabase for authentication and application data, Stripe for payments, Cloudflare Stream for video delivery, and Vercel for hosting. These providers may process information in different locations in accordance with their own service arrangements. U.S.-only sales do not by themselves mean that all data is processed only in the United States.
6. Cookies and tracking
Authentication and account operation use cookies or related technical storage. Hosting and video providers may generate logs and use technical mechanisms needed for service delivery. Any separate advertising, analytics or marketing tracking must be reviewed and disclosed before being enabled; this preview should not be interpreted as a complete inventory of future integrations.
7. Retention, security and requests
We retain information to operate accounts and courses, reconcile purchases and meet security and legal requirements. A final retention schedule and specific deletion/request-handling procedures have not yet been adopted. For access, correction, deletion or questions about personal information, email support@appliancecoreacademy.com; requests will be evaluated under applicable law, including any required record retention.
8. Updates
We will publish an updated and dated notice before launching additional material data uses or real-money purchases, where required. Any applicable consumer privacy rights continue to apply regardless of this pre-launch document.
